About Me

Syed S. Hussain, MD, FIPP, has amassed over 50 years of experience in real estate and business, showcasing a diverse portfolio of ventures and accomplishments. His journey in real estate includes the acquisition, renovation, rental, and sale of over 70 different properties, including the President Hotel, an Art Deco hotel on Collins Avenue in South Miami Beach, the Astoria Hotel in Orange Park which he resold as a hotel and assisted living facility, and other various businesses including an upscale restaurant in Coral Gables and an auto dealership.  His expertise extends to the development and management of commercial andresidential facilities. He has also built a state-of-the-art, 20,000 sf medical office, which provides various medical specialties and facilities under one roof.  Through involvement with personal properties, he has gained vast experience working with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.

 Dr. Hussain is a past Diplomat of Family Medicine and a Fellow of Intervention Pain Medicine in Florida.  He is a past Diplomat of Family Practice in both Michigan and Florida, is Board Eligible in Sleep Medicine, and M.S. Physical Therapy/Developmental Disabilities.  He is a dedicated Mason and active Shriner.
